Accidental Damage Waiver The Party Jumper LLC., offers a $49.99 non-refundable damage waiver (optional) on inflatable items and accessories. Lessee must select coverage, pay in full, and sign rental contract before start of event for damage waiver to apply. Acceptance of any and all claims that arise are based on sole discretion of The Party Jumper LLC. This cost covers: Accidental damage of an inflatable device. Reasonable wear and tear from physical damage to the rental equipment. Wind and storm damage to tents, and properly deflated inflatables. (Does not apply to inflatables or tents not deflated during inclement weather) This Accidental Damage Insurance IS NOT liability insurance to cover accidents or injuries from use of item. Also does not cover theft, vandalism, misuse and/or abuse. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover missing equipment. The Party Jumper LLC. will bill for any and all missing equipment at fair market value of equipment or repair cost. This Damage Waiver covers ONLY inflatables. The Party Jumper LLC. will bill for damages to any and all other non-inflatable equipment at fair market value cost of equipment.
