Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
When inventory and labor allows, delivery will be the day before your event date, but this is not guaranteed. You will always know your delivery times 48 hours prior to the event date. Same day delivery and set up request, call our office for details.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Generally we do not service public parks as our rentals are for 24 hours and they have to stay in place securely overnight. A request for exception can be discussed by calling our office. In the event we approve a park venue event you will need to check with the ownership of the park that inflatables are permitted, and that there is adequate power for the inflatable. You can call our office for specific power requirements for each item.
Cash, Credit Cards, venmo, or paypal. We do not accept personal checks. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. Business Entities/Schools/Church events may pay with a business check with prior approval from our office.

Yes all orders require a 20% non refundable, fully transferable deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice from delivery date, not the event date, will forfeit any funds paid unless otherwise worked out with our office.
Check the requirements listed with each inflatable. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. We will need a minimum of 4ft openings for all fence gates and doorways. The larger the item the wider the item is when rolled. Most items need a double door/gate entrance to access. We can not deliver up or down stairs for indoor/outdoor events. Depending on the item weight we can not deliver large items down extreme or steep hills. If you have questions on your setup area, please reach out to our office.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation same day, we will not refund any money or apply credits if notified after your event is over and completed. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds or damage due to pets) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
Have all riders exit the unit quickly and safely. The unit will not fall down immediately but will slowly lose air. Check your outlet as most outside outlets are GFCI and will trip occasionally. Next check your breaker box to ensure a breaker has not been tripped. If your breaker or outlet keeps tripping, then unplug the unit and plug into a different outlet. If you continue to have issues, please contact our office.
We will work with you up until the day of delivery to ensure your event is a success. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund monies after the item is delivered. Please see our full rain policy in your contract.
Moving the item after delivery is prohibited and could result in damage to the item. We will always work with you on the best set up location that ensures the proper use and function of the units.
All of our rentals are for the full day and we normally pick up on the day after your event. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to guarantee pickup times unless you have made prior arrangements with our office before the day of delivery.
Absolutely, you can keep the item longer as we offer discounts on multiple day rentals. Booking early for multiple days is always recommended as we may not have the ability to offer an additional day if the item you have is unavailable for the extra days requested.
Sure power from your home is always the best option. Our units run off a standard 120 watt outlet. If your item will be set up further than 100 ft from your outlet you will need to provide a generator for your event. Or we can arrange a generator rental with prior notice.
