YOU HAVE SELECTED TO PICK UP THIS INFLATABLE YOURSELF PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:
- Please make sure you arrive for pickup with an appropriate vehicle with space to put the inflatable. We recommend a truck or a vehicle with a trailer. We are not responsible for the item not fitting into your vehicle. Please make sure to speak with our office to make sure your vehicle is suitable. Failure to do so will be subject to a rescheduling fee to move your pickup appointment.
- Watch the below videos on how to set up and take down the inflatable item you have rented, properly. Failure to set up properly could result in injury of the riders or damage to the inflatable.
- Once inflated it is your responsibility to note any damages or defects that are present with this item and report these to us immediately. We cannot fix this issue for you if you wait until after your event has started. There are no refunds for any reasons if we are notified after the start of your event time.
- Any items that are returned to our facility will be inspected within 24 hours for any damages or defects. Any defects or damages found on the item will be quoted for repair by a commercial repair facility and your deposit will be held to apply toward the repair. Any amount above the deposit will be charged to the card on file.
- Please look at the specifications of the item you are renting and note the weight of the item. We will assist with loading and unloading on pickup and drop off.
All rentals are for a full day, must be able to remain securely in place over night
